1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoTraderz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. AutoTraderz operates as a marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. One person may not maintain more than one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Listings & Content
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All listings must comply with applicable UK and Irish law. Prohibited content includes: fraudulent listings, stolen vehicles, misleading descriptions, offensive material, and any items prohibited by law. We reserve the right to remove any listing without notice. Listings are subject to duration limits based on your subscription tier.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in EUR and are subject to change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Promotional codes/coupons are subject to their individual terms and may not be combined.
5. Verification System
Our verification badges indicate that a user has completed identity verification steps. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by AutoTraderz. Verified status can be revoked if information is found to be fraudulent. Documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Transactions Between Users
AutoTraderz is a marketplace platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and verifying vehicle documentation before any purchase.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not: use automated systems to scrape or collect data; circumvent security measures; impersonate other users; spam or harass other users; post false or misleading information; use the Platform for money laundering or fraud; reverse engineer the Platform; or violate any applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
AutoTraderz and its branding are our intellectual property. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to display it on the Platform. You may not use our branding without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
AutoTraderz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, transactions between users, or any content posted by users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland. For users in the UK, consumer protection laws of the UK also apply where relevant.
